Affordable housing options for single mother

Hi everyone! I am reaching out to seek help in finding affordable housing in Denton, for a family of 3. I am a college student who attends school in Denton and my mom, who is divorced and trying to move us out of our current home, is seeking an affordable living space. We are seeking a 3 bedroom, 2-3 bathroom home. My mom is seeking a home for rent but honestly, I think it’d be hard to find an affordable home for rent with 3 beds, 2 baths so any suggestions or recommendations would help! If there are certain organizations we could reach out to, please let me know as well!! My mom makes around $60,000 a year and we are hoping to move out by summer.
