Geraldton

Just wondering if anyone can share some insight on Geraldton? Considering buying a property there to get into rhe market. Would rent it out and move home for a while to save. Its hot at the moment, but I would be worried that being a regional WA place, the arse will fall out of it sonner rather than later.?
