It’s been more than 2-3 weeks since I got these and I feel they’ve had enough time on my shelf to properly review them.

Starting with tuberuse astrale, I’m judging this as a standalone because I haven’t smelled the og so can’t comment on accuracy. At first it gave me a nostalgic hit in a good way, it reminded me of the cough syrup my parents used to give me, I gave it some time and tried to understand it better and now it has actually made it to my full bottle worthy list, it really grew on me. If I had to describe it, it’s a very creamy warm yet uplifting tuberose, this thing is a room filler proper beast mode, it sticks to clothes and easily lasts till next day, projection is a solid 3-4 hours and it definitely gets you noticed.

Now pacific chill, again haven’t tried the OG so can’t judge accuracy but I have tried rare reef, between the two I’d pick mps because I really liked how the citruses are done here, no screechy or synthetic vibe. The scent is very citrus heavy with apricot being the most prominent, juicy sweet and slightly minty, even with all those citruses it lasts around 8-10 hours on clothes with about 2 hours of solid projection, perfect for summers and daytime.

Now my favourite from the lot vanilla diorama, same case haven’t tried the og so judging it on its own, since I like boozy fragrances this one is a gem for me. For the first 2-3 seconds if I sniff it instantly I get a slight hint that reminds me of blonde amber, probably because of similar boozy spicy tones but they are very different overall. To my nose I get prominent cinnamon, a bit of elaichi powder, boozy notes, a dry chocolaty feel and strong vanilla, it’s very well balanced. There’s also something in it that reminds me of one of the ingredients used in sweet paan, not sure what exactly but if anyone else feels the same let me know, I’ll probably figure it out next time I visit a panwaadi lol. Performance is amazing, around 3 hours projection and I kept getting whiffs from clothes till next day, one strange thing I noticed is that even after washing my skin the scent was still there which never really happens with me.

Now comes myself, and this one I have actually compared with the OG and that dog..hit itqaan noir, Mps myself is damn close, to be safe I’d say 90%+, from opening to dry down the bergamot and orange blossom are done really well just like the og, that wasn’t the case with itqaan noir at all, the bergamot there felt synthetic and messy and didn’t last either. MPS myself performs very similar to the OG, it has that same sticking quality, I get around moderate projection with both roughly 2 hours and around 7 hours on clothes from og and close to 8 hours from mps, for reference I used around 15 sprays of both.

That’s it, if you read till here and found it helpful then glad it helped :)
