What a way to start my bday

Little rant now today is my birthday and my husband had planned everything (bought the cake, dessert and all). I decided to taste one of the dessert bites he bought and had in the fridge and he discovered it this morning, came and woke me up and asked me if i had taken a piece and i said yes and he just gave me an angry face and walked away. Lil bit later he came back into the room and said the desserts are ready to have whenever im ready but looked pissed af. I went into the kitchen to see if he was upset and yea he sure is over a small dessert bite. Knowing my husband this is going to be a pissy day and i fear my big 30th birthday is over.
