Hear is my current Warzone problem...

Hear is my current Warzone problem. When I try and login to play, the game asked me to login using Apple ID. When I scan my finger to login, I get the error message 'login failed. Check your info'. I been trying to find a solution and checked my profile on the Warzone web site. All is correct. I even deleted the game and reinstalled and I get the same problem. What's wrong here. I appreciate any help.
