I feel we didnt do justice to title badshah-e-darvesh

We always say it means ki Guru maharaj ji is an emperor as well as a spiritual leader, not saying we are wrong here, but my mind always thinks there are 2 interpretation of this title, this title also means Emperor of darveshes(means greatest spiritual leader of them all, so great that every other darvesh is his subject and under his command).

Is my thinking wrong here?
