I can’t say my (older) brothers name

Anyone have this problem? It’s so weird. It’s cuz for context I grew up calling him a nickname but I feel like that was a child thing for me to do and now it feels wrong to call him that. But it feels even wronger to call him by his name. Idk what to do 😭
