How long would you stay at a job that hasn't given you a raise if you're happy with the salary, role, and work/life balance?

Advice

As the title states, I find myself (32M) in a role that I love. It pays the bills and allows me to put about 30% of my salary towards retirement (including 10% 401k matching), It's remote which I enjoy, love my boss/team, work life balance is good, etc. but raises and promotions seem hard to come by across the company.

Sales have been flat since I joined a couple years ago so no merit raises, and based on LinkedIn and what I know, it seems like people don't get promoted very often (4+ years).

Assuming the trend continues, I'm curious as to when you would personally say "enough is enough," or if the aggregate other positives would continue to outweigh the lack of increased income for you. Prices obviously continues to rise and there's more stuff I'd like to put money towards outside retirement, but maybe I'm just being greedy.
