Rg 476H using latest Gammo Os stuck in 16:9

Was using my 476h last night for steaming to the tv only watching stuff and it has since been stuck in 16:9 ratio instead of the 4:3 I’ve reset console killed all apps and looked in settings for a display setting but carnt find nothing any help anyone had this issue
