No studies have been uploaded to my account since it was created.

I have a question regarding my account. It's been over a month and a half since I last received any studies. When I contact the bot, it tells me my account is fine, but I haven't received any studies since creating it, even though I'm sure I completed everything correctly. When I contact support, they don't respond or read anything I write and end the conversation. There's a lot of negligence from the support team. This is the first time I've ever dealt with such a negligent support team. This platform should have support that befits its status. I want to know why no studies are being added to my account.
