she breathes funny

i don’t have those

she’s just a year old (the vet figures) i can’t afford to get her spayed yet so she isn’t spayed, but i’ve been asking cat’s concern since October and they still haven’t given me a voucher. she was in my back garden meowing for help, i went out and fed her, took her in and took her to the vet. sometimes she breathes loudly and i just want to know why.
