Almost got my first (2) write ups in the same week

I’ve been at a sc for 6 months and this week was bad. First one I was in a truck unloading and I went on my phone for like 30 seconds, my am was right behind me and I look around and he asks me why I was on my phone. I gave some bs excuse and he walked away but never told me he wrote me up for it so I’m gonna guess he didn’t. It would lowkey be fucked up if he did and didn’t tell me.

The 2nd one was an honest mistake with no ill intent.

I was in cross dock and finished unloading a truck and me and my friend went to lanes to speak to a friend for like 30 seconds. We got there and it looked bad so he asked if we could help out. We told him we don’t mind but we’re gonna ask a pa beforehand and she said we could and swapped us to lanes. This is what I used to do all the time if I ever wanted to switch I’d just ask a pa beforehand like I thought I was supposed to. My pa from cross dock gave an am our badges, he called us over to him and told us he was going to write us up but after letting him know we honestly didn’t know we had to check in with our other pa he let us go with a warning(thank god)

Never gonna help out anymore and just stay in my assigned location and be bossed around like a good boy
