Recommendations for a solid lawn care in Charlotte?

Running a small clinic here and we're currently fighting with the bank over a business loan extension. The property exterior is starting to look really rough and I need to get the landscaping under control before it scares off patients.

I've seen other owners get locked into these crazy expensive annual contracts that don't even cover basic maintenance. I literally cannot afford to make a bad hire right now.

Has anyone used a reliable crew that actually shows up on time without charging commercial premium rates just because it's a business property?
