I realized I might be playing her wrong

How do I apply the Disorders with Nangong + Aria? I saw something about it in her kit, but I didn't understand how to do it.

I always use the 3-hold BA before the stun to apply the debuff to the enemy, but I don't see any disorder applied during the stun itself.
