Scammers ordering food and picking it up themselves.

I've been on too many orders where I get to the resteraunt and the order has been picked up and multiple people have been there to pick it up before me. I believe that the only explanation is that the person that ordered the food went to the resteraunt and picked it up themselves. Uber needs to create a give and take code system. just like pins on delivery. (if you use this Uber please just give me like 5k for a better vehicle lol, I could really really use it)

something needs to change though, im sure all of you have been through this. sometimes im on my last leg and need that order too. sorry to vent so much, it's just so irritating.
