Can anyone please tell me where you release your pets? (I know it's in the nursery)

I know that it's in the nursery in front of the VIP section but when I entered the room I couldn't fine the thing where you could release your pets to. Does anyone know where it is? Is it behind the shop thing or the ticket board?
