Need Info .Help!!!!

I’m from Nepal and have been dealing with severe ADHD symptoms for as long as I can remember. The only medication available here is atomoxetine, which I’ve already tried but it didn’t work for me.

I’m considering traveling to India since it’s relatively easy to go there. If I consult a psychiatrist in India and provide my medical history along with a referral from my doctor in Nepal, how likely is it that I would be prescribed a stimulant medication like methylphenidate? I’d like to understand how difficult it is to obtain such a prescription in India as a foreign patient.
