[PC] [2000/2010] Children’s Puzzle Teddy bear game

I’m looking for a 2000’s pc children’s game involving a teddy bear- It isn’t Fatty Bear, PB Bear, lil Howies, or Little Bear. I had it on the Macintosh when I was a kid probably in 2008/2009? I think there was some dialogue but it sounded almost like music? It could have been in a different language but I’m not sure. I remember one of the mini games involving a garden, I believe there was a shop where you could buy items and it was all very bright colors and set in the day time, it looked like a little town with a white fence and you would click on each house for different activities/games. I remember the teddy bear specifically because I think his icon would come up first when you started the game. I’ve searched on the oldgames website to try and find it but have had no luck. I can’t remember much since it was so long ago, I would appreciate the help! Thanks
