Weird sensations - fingertips

When I got my diagnosis the right side of my body was numb from my shoulder blade down to my toes. Most of that numbness has gone away now but the sensation in my fingertips feels like I have crumbs stuck on the end of them so when I go to grab something it feels like it’s covered in what feels like sand or crumbs. Has anyone ever experienced this? I’m always checking my hands when I grab something as I feel like there is something there when there isn’t.
