How to troubleshoot screenfreeze

Yesterday during NEC everything went fine until 30minutes left. My iracing screen froze for like 2seconds. My internet still worked since discord was open and my friend and i could hear each other and see each other. My meter box where you can monitor everything ingame was normal, no red bars appeared. I still had FFB coming to my wheelbase. Unfortunate i hit the wall immediately after the game came back normally. So my question is how do i troubleshoot this problem?
