Help Needed for Stray Cat with Severe Respiratory Issues

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to ask for help for a stray cat that we’ve been feeding every day. He’s become really close to us, but lately his condition has gotten worse, he has a very severe runny nose and sneezes constantly, and it’s clear he needs proper veterinary care. I’ve never posted anything like this before but i really dont want to see this cat suffer.

Unfortunately, I’m a student and don’t have the financial means right now to cover a vet visit and medication on my own. Theres also this rancid smell coming from his body? I dont know if its because he hasnt had a bath yet or if something else is going on in his body that i should worry about. I really don’t want to ignore this because he’s struggling, and I want to give him a chance to get better, and after he gets better i plan on fully adopting this cat.
