Preload tips???
Okay so drivers get mad at me when I put the packages on the right shelf but don’t organize it (so I’ll put all the 1000s in the corner so it looks neat and not crowded then all the 2000s in its corner etc etc and not organize it like 2078, 2105, 2372). If I organize it, it’s going to take too much time and my packages are going to mushed at the end of the belt where my metro and the supes are going to get mad at me, I don’t want to run to put the packages in the truck because yeah running seems good but I don’t think a supe would want to see that due to safety reasons lol. I don’t know what to do here, either the driver gets mad and keep the supes and metro happy or have the driver happy but the supes and metro mad. On my first day I told the driver that some things may not be where they’re supposed to be because I didn’t know where the shelf locations were and he said as long as it’s on the right shelf don’t bother organizing them in order because the driver should be able to find it as long as it’s on the right shelf so that’s what I’ve been doing since. How can I do this job more efficiently and try to make everyone happy or is this one of those situations where someone will be mad regardless?
