I have two career options and would appreciate your suggestions .

I have around 3.6 years of experience in DBA Support, and my current CTC is 4.9 LPA. I have received an offer from a service-based company with a 70% hike.

The second option is an internal move to the AI & Data unit of the current organisation( Already selected starting in April End there) where I may get the opportunity to work on better projects and gain relevant experience, but there will be no change in my compensation also I don't know when I will get the project there currently will be on bench .

Could you please suggest which option would be better for my long-term career growth . I am thinking to take the offer and then prepare for DE role through self study .
