I cut my hair too short and it doesn't look good on me

I realised after cutting my long hair to a shoulder length, that short hair makes my head look bigger, and it definitely doesn't fit. I realised that long healthy hair really looks good, and now it's 20cm too short.

I look awful and don't know how to live the next year. Is there any ways to style it look like my face wouldn't be so big? My face looks almost like a square now, but I think it's more slightly more oval shaped. This haircut pulls the attention too low. I also have glasses and it doesn't help.

I am regretting this. I had the confidence to cut but it still went shorter than I was going to, and now I don't have confidence for this. I'm afraid no-one wants to even look at me because it's so bad
