Random Puking??

I have been on zep since September 2024. I'm currently on 12.5 mg and have been for the last several months. I take my med on Fridays. I am at my goal weight.

last weekend I assumed I had a stomach bug: sulfer burps, nausea and vomiting/diarrhea and stomach cramping/burning like I've had with the stomach bug before. On Tuesday I threw up, then started feeling better. no one else in my house got sick, my 2yo had some diarrhea but that could be from a number or things. husband and 3 yo have been completely fine.

took my meds Friday as normal. Friday night started feeling nauseous, woke up this morning puking.

I haven't ever gotten sick from Zep before now, other than slight nausea. Has anyone had this?
