Where to prepare for foundation from?

just finished with my 12th boards a week ago, I want to start preparing for foundation September attempt.

is there any free resources to prepare for foundation? because I checked all these classes and all of them cost like 15k +, and at the moment amid all the college admissions and stuff I can't afford it.
