I m19 and gf 19 have a problem with intimacy

So genuienly me and my partner had a pretty good sex life but then it slowly begann too become less and less now its 3 months dry. almost no making out no penetration no nothing and its killing me inside. we have talked about it a few times but mostly it ends in her thinking its the only thing i want which is absolutely not true i love evrything about her but yes if you read this thank uuu and i am looking for a solution
