MDC Apartments – Worth Buying Now?

Hi, I’m looking to buy an apartment in Mansa Devi Complex (MDC) and wanted some guidance. Since buying a builder floor is beyond our budget, we’re considering apartments instead.

We’re not keen on locations like Zirakpur, Peer Muchalla, or the Mohali side, so MDC feels like a preferred option. However, I’m a bit concerned because most apartments there are older.

Do these properties still have good appreciation potential, or has most of the growth already happened? Would it be a wise decision to invest in MDC apartments at this stage?
