Thoughts on Prestige Palm Residences (Deralakatte)? Need honest reviews on location, maintenance, and overall value

I'm currently looking into Prestige Palm Residences over in Deralakatte and would love to get some ground-level feedback from anyone who is currently staying there, has visited the site, or knows the immediate area well.

The property itself looks great on paper (spacious villas, solid amenities), but I have a few practical concerns before taking things further:

1. Overall Experience: How is the construction quality and the actual living experience? Does it actually live up to the "Prestige" tag?

2. The Location Factor: Being in Deralakatte, does it feel too far on the outskirts? I know the area is a growing medical/educational hub, but does it feel disconnected from the main city for daily living and social life?

3. Retirement Friendly: Would this be a peaceful, safe, and convenient spot for retired folks to settle down, especially considering access to healthcare and daily essentials?

4. Maintenance Fees: The maintenance costs seem quite steep. For those in the know, is the upkeep of the clubhouse, green spaces, and general infrastructure actually worth the premium you pay every month?

5. Value for Money (Mangalore vs. Bangalore): The asking price is a heavy commitment for Mangalore real estate. At this price point, does it make sense to invest here, or would a similar budget be better spent on a premium property in Bangalore in terms of ROI and overall lifestyle?
