Is my tirzepatide just not good or is this normal?

To begin, I started taking TZ from Lovely meds around the end of December of 25. At that time, I was REALLY sick, and had actually got a nasty case of Pneumonia.

I had Pneumonia until about late January, but i decided to continue to titrate the tirz up as per the perscription instructions and just get to the dose that i would finally start feeling some of the effects. Until my most recent dose, which is a whopping 10mg, I didnt feel a single thing. I believe this is due to the prednisone i was given for the inflammation for my pneumonia.

Now im on my second week of 10mg, I am feeling nausea, im achy all over, and im getting pain in my sides, and I can barely eat anything, which I know is kind of the point.

My question is- Is this companies TZ just not good? Is 10mg normal to feel this way? Could the pred have masked my symptoms and now i need to titrate down? Any help would be appreciated, their customer support isnt great at answering my questions.
