Local coaching or Big institutes

Which do you think would be better for iat/nest preparation??

Bigger institutes like allen, pw offer good classes but as a pcmb student I am worried about burnout and stress.

local coaching provides personalized classes and help. Teachers are good from what I have heard and experienced. But the results are not extraordinary. Also less competition, but the environment is strict and maintained

I am inclined towards local institutes but feel worried about how it will impact me
