What would you say are the actions of a truly tyrannical principal?

I’ve been trying to think of the lengths by which Principal Evil (Damocles’ replacement starting from Season 3 in my take on the series) is willing to go in order to uphold an oppressive and overly brutal sense of order within Françoise Dupont. So far, I’ve got him completely overhauling and expanding the school’s security system (to the point where students feel like they’re being constantly watched and the heroes struggle to find places to transform since there are now cameras even in the bathrooms), having a zero-tolerance policy on akumatisations for staff members (any staff member who gets akumatised for any reason will be fired on the spot), and granting detentions for extremely minor infraction such as bringing the wrong type of pen to a class (as Marc learns the hard way). He also cracks down hard against the Resistance in Season 5 due to his personal hatred of Ladybug and Chat Noir (even threatening to have every student involved expelled and blacklisted from pursuing tertiary education), but is there anything else that could add on to this?
