How are y'all handling birthday invitations and RSVPs these days?

I'm in the middle of planning a birthday party and I didn't expect the invitations part to be this frustrating. I always thought birthday invitations were one of the easier steps, but now it feels like everything is scattered. Some people reply to texts, some ignore messages, some say maybe and never follow up. I even tried doing digital birthday invitations this time thinking it would simplify things, but I’m still juggling replies across different apps and it’s hard to keep track of who’s actually coming. At this point I feel like I’m either chasing people for responses or just guessing numbers. How do you all manage your birthday party invitations and RSVPs without it turning into a mess?
