Failed in JEE and will get less than 75% in 12th Boards and cant afford expensive colleges. Need some advice

I gave my 12th boards this year and It was very bad am very confident I wont score 75% in it and my JEE attempt got wasted I fell sick in last 4 months I could not study and after 12th boards I had no energy left to study for April attempt still gave it and it went bad as well. I dont want to take a drop year as I cannot live with this madness one more year.

Since my class 7th I had a very great interest in programming and video editing. Till my class 10th I had learnt intermediate level Python , Java, and HTML CSS JS for web design stuff I learnt Photoshop premiere pro figma etc Ever since I started my JEE prep I just stopped doing all that and honestly I feel like I have wasted my 2 years and I dont want to waste one more I have applied for VIT, KIIT, ComedK and CUET but the thing is I am listening from a lot of people that many colleges are not getting placements and CUET does not offer good colleges for CS. And my parents cant afford that much of college fees as well

I recently found out about the IIT Madras's Online BS Degree in Data science and am very eager to learn more about it and also IIT Guwahati's Online BD Degree in AI and ML my only question is are they even good and if good then should I do it as a standalone degree or along with a Btech degree from some Tier 2/3 college? If you have any other opinions or advice for me please do tell I really need some guidance
