Post OP orgasm frustration

Hi everyone,

I'm feeling a bit frustrated. I had my SRS in early January, and it's been almost three months since the surgery. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to climax during my first attempts. Once, it felt like I was on the verge of climate maxing (which is why I still have hope that it will eventually work out). I've tried using my fingers and a vibrator. I know it can take months, but I just find the current situation just frustrating. What if it never works again? Or could it be due to my low estrogen levels? Its feels so scary that I can't do anything about it in the moment.
