Upgraded to supporter edition but never got the gear.

Hi all

I initially brought the elite edition and I’ve been enjoying the game. Decided to take to the leap and get the supporter edition while it’s on sale however I didn’t get any of the gear you get from the DLC. I got the stash size upgrade and the message from handshake but nothing else. Sent off a ticket to their customer care team so hopefully will hear back from them.

Anyone else have this issue? Was it resolved quickly?
