Want to Cancel STB connection

When I got the Jio fiber connection, it came with a STB. I don’t use the STB so want to cancel it. The plans for Jio fiber without the TV channels is also quite less.

I tried calling the customer care but all I get are the IVR responses which don’t have the options I want. How do I get to a human agent or is there any other way to cancel the STB connection?
