I think the hate arizona gets for acting the way she did after the plane crash is unfair. She lost her sense of normalcy after her amputation and it’s warranted for her to demand space and time to process this huge loss in whichever shape or form she desires. Callie just acts like a survivor every chance she gets. I can’t when people say that callie had it worse. Nuh uh, she did not. She lost the father of her child, Arizona lost hers too infact she had to watch every second of it. So no, callie does not get to act like the martyr. Callie displayed unprofessionalism when she promised Arizona that she would save her leg. It doesn’t matter if she’s your wife, you don’t promise something like that to a patient who has severe unhealed trauma and has a volatile state of mind at present. Then Arizona is told to just be okay with the fact that her leg has been cut off. SHES ALLOWED TO CRASHOUT. I am in no way trivialising callie’s pain but it is no way shape or form as brutal as arizona’s. The cheating however is a whole different case.
