Form 31 Rejected

Hi Guys,

My partial withdrawl (Form 31) rejected with reason "Claim Rejected SUBMIT PHYSICAL CLAIM ALONG WITH AGENCY DETAILS".

Can anyone let me know how I can submit again and what's the reason for rejection?
