Anyone actually used Cardarine for middle distance performance? What did you notice?
Specifically interested in 5km and under — not endurance ultramarathon stuff which seems to dominate most GW501516 discussions.
Curious whether people noticed anything real at high-intensity efforts or whether the benefits are mostly relevant at lower aerobic intensities where fat oxidation actually matters.
∙ What did improved endurance feel like — breathing, legs, or both?
∙ Did it translate to faster times or just better recovery between efforts?
∙ Any noticeable difference in how hard you could push in the final kick?
Not interested in the cancer rat debate, that’s been done to death. Just real-world performance experience.
