What are the most effective settings for extracting vocals in UVR5?

This is my first time using UVR, and for now I’m just using settings I found online. Are there more effective settings available?screenshot

Currently, I’m only using the settings shown in the screenshot, and I’m not using any advanced settings at all.

My PC specs are an i9-13900K and an RTX 4090.
