Fishoil suggestions please

I have a lab-cane corso mix and I would love to hear some advice and recommendations and reviews to fishoil. I‘ve also heard that fishoil can deprive vitamin E so I would need to give that too.

I am not sure which I should use, i would prefer natural i guess? Please only suggestions and recommendations from people who actually know and have experience.
