I LOVE JENNY

so I made this post on Jenny a while ago talking about how I dont like her bc of her social climbing antics. Then I saw the episode u/wild-curve-8469 was talking about:

They chose her as a “project” and Jenny likes going along with it because otherwise she would be bullied (she explaines it once).

so I take back the social climbing stuff I said in my previous post. Now I just finished S2EP9 and I absolutely LOVE Jenny. she is ambitious, smart, and such a go-getter. even in the beginning when she was trying to get in with Blair’s group like she was so cunning (and I mean that in a good way).

I absolutely HATE Rufus. ALL HE DOES IS GET IN HER WAY.

If Jenny was my daughter, I would have absolutely had her homeschooled without all the drama Rufus was making + supported all her fashion dreams (except for crashing Lily’s event). And for when I find out about Jenny crashing Lily’s event after the fact it happened, I’d be proud of her. I’d have to discipline her a bit bc crashing another person’s event is not cool but I’d be proud of her for having the guts to go after what you want.

Fuck Rufus. He thinks he’s a good dad but he’s not. Maybe his ego can’t handle that his daughter can actually be a big successful unlike him.
