Silly question: Do you feel bad about using other people's sliders for your character instead of making your own?

I've been in this dilemma, but probably just my own problem. I was trying to make a character, but despite having spent several hours I just couldn't make one that looks as good as other people's on Youtube. I saw one youtuber's character and wow she looked cool af. So I decided to use his sliders then tweaked it a bit for my own taste. But then I started to become irritated due to the fact that I used someone else's work instead of mine. It made me feel like shit to be honest, but at the same time I really wanted to make a character that's good looking. So guys, please tell me your opinion. Am I alone in this?
