AI is great for job apps, but 90% of you are using it wrong (and getting auto-rejected).
Hiring managers can spot a 100% ChatGPT-written resume from a mile away. It sounds like a corporate robot wrote it.
DO:
- Use AI to analyze the job description for keywords.
- Use AI to brainstorm "Action Verbs."
- Use AI to check for grammar.
DON'T:
- Copy-paste raw AI output. "I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for..." — DELETE THIS.
- Let AI lie about your experience.
- Use AI to write your entire cover letter without personal anecdotes.
TL;DR: Use AI as your assistant, not your ghostwriter. If it sounds like a robot, you won't get the interview.
