Wii U with Wii games

I modded my Wii U with Aroma and I have NUSspli. I want to know if, to add Wii games, I just need to put everything on the SD card without any problems, or if there's a different process. I don't want to delete, damage, or corrupt the files I already have for modding my Wii U. And one last question: Can I use USB Loader GX normally on the Wii U? I mean, just insert the USB drive and that's it.
