Isotretinoin/Acnetrex (10mg) side effects

Hii! Currently on Day 7 of Acnetrex. Just wanted to ask people here kung ano pa mga naging side effects/experience niyo while on Acnetrex?

Aside from the usual dry eyes/lips/face and the achy joints, may na-experience ba kayong mood changes? Or like did it affect you in any way cognitively? I’m researching naman and that side effects differ talaga per person, but I just wanna hear din from firsthand accounts. For context, I’m still a student so takot ako dun sa mood/cognitive changes. So I just wanna prepare lang in advance just in case
