[TOMT] [Song] [2000-2015] Plenty of lyrics but can’t find it for the life of me

Hey all, I’m looking for this song that just randomly popped into my head after like 10 years.

It’s Techno/EDM sounding and the lyrics go like “The city lights go by like a million shooting stars. Losing track of time. Forgetting where we are. And there’s a million different people that go drifting through the night. But it’s you and I who will make this night come alive”

You’d think that would narrow it down, but no luck. I keep getting Owl City - Shooting Stars & Bitter Sweet Symphony.

Any help is much appreciated!

EDIT: I forgot to add, it’s a male singer if that helps at all.
