What to do immediately after first trip (it was difficult/bad)

Question

Hey, I just got out of a 'bad trip', (also my first ever). It's 9.40pm and I'm looking for advice on what to do in the next few hrs- walk my dog, go for a run (i do love running at night), meditate, yoga, stress processing exercises like EFT or TRE, go to bed (I have mild insomnia and struggle to sleep), find someone to chat to online about the experience??

I kinda feel like I should do something movement based, as I've been mostly laying down for the past few hrs. But, my understanding is that I'll have increased neuroplacticity atm, so maybe I should try start a new habit, ie go to bed and try to sleep at a sensible time. My tendency is to exercise at night, so although I feel like going for a short run would be a good idea (some physical processing), maybe I should do the opposite of what I'd usually do and go to bed??

TW- a little bit about the difficult trip:

(My intention was for this to be a theraputic experience. I paid a lot of attention to set and setting, did a lot of meditation over the weeks leading up to this. Felt good going into it. No trip sitter as I couldn't organise for anyone to be there who I'd feel comfortable with. 3grams mushrooms on an empty stomach. I didn't feel scared, I was in the spirit of 'observing with curiosity' most of the time. I just felt inescapably alone, even death wouldn't be an escape, because I'd still be there, alone. Everything seamed cold and drooping. Themes of the snake eating it's tail, doing surgery on the Self, being crucified, 'god must be so lonely', mild trauma flashbacks... 😬).

no I can't be succinct πŸ˜‘
