"wait, actually, wait, actually" overthinking hell, how to fix it?

So I started getting stuck in loops (on various models from qwen 3.6 plus to glm 5.1, 5 and 5 turbo) on open code and they seem to get stucked in a loop of thiking "wait, acutally let's make this simpler" which seems to not finish

even with a new session, is anybody else here with the same issue?
